The Best Green Smoothie Ever!
For breakfast daily, I throw whatever I have that is fresh into the blender and call it done. It is usually not worth writing down the combination, but today was special, it was a glass full of joy! I would bet any first time green smoothie drinker would be happy with this one too, even the kids! So if you have shied away from green smoothies because you didn’t like the taste, try this one. It’s amazing (and packed with nutrition!)
Here is all I did, and it was purely MAGICAL ~
Pineapple Kale Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple (and some of the juice)
2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1 large handful organic Kale
¼ cup fresh broccoli sprouts (any sprout would be good!)
Blend and pour into large tumbler (makes 32 ounces) and enjoy!!
