Gluten Free Vegan Journey: I am on a personal journey to live lovingly and compassionately while defying chronic disease through a whole food, plant based, gluten free diet and it's working. After taking animals off the menu, I have reversed my Advanced CVD (Cardiovascular Disease) High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, GERD, Lupus, IBS, my formerly blocked arteries are clear, and my metastasized cancer is vanishing; I am seeing increased energy, vitality, drastic weight loss, and overall wellbeing knowing that I am not only saving my life, but those of hundreds of animals each year that would have been on my plate. Knowledge is the key: understanding that it is possible to prevent and reverse heart disease, cancer, diabetes, immune disorders, and other conditions, and that you can regain energy and vitality by what you eat, is life changing, life saving power! About the same time I became vegan, I discovered I have Celiac Disease, and ventured into the world of vegan, gluten-freedom. Come along on the journey; we will laugh, learn, cook, and especially thrive together!
