I use my Vitamix and nutmilk bag just as you describe, and get nice juice, have pulp that is easy to save for making veggie patties or straight to the compost pile, and the Vitamix and nutmilk bag are much easier to clean than a juicer. The ideal is to save up for a good masticating juicer which will render MORE juice for you in the future. Would using the Vitamix for this dual purpose be an option (blending and then using nutmilk bags to strain for juice)? I just want the healthiest option and the more I read, the more confused I get.
